What is Naked DSL?  Naked DSL or “standalone” DSL as it is sometimes known, is an ADSL2+ service that is delivered independent from a telephone service. The service is independent from traditional telephone services so there is no dial tone and thus there is no expensive line rental. The service however can still be used to make telephone calls, via a VoIP service such as Cybertel’s residential VoIP service. Naked DSL is ADSL2+ with speeds up to *20000 Kbps/800 Kbps.
