How does it save me money?

· Free site to site calls – If you have multiple sites connected to Smartoffice, calls between offices are free. We can also configure a secure VPN between your sites.
· Low Cost Unlimited high-speed broadband – 2MB/800 or faster business-grade broadband connection, with VoIP quality of service enabled. That’s probably four times faster than your current service.
· No new hardware to buy – Smartoffice works with most popular analogue phone systems. For customers opting for standard installation of Smartoffice, you won’t need to purchase expensive new telephone hardware.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Smartoffice services require a minimum 24 month commitment. Services cancelled within this commitment period will be charged the remaining monthly access for the 24 month period on the final bill.
• Standard number porting requires a 30-150 day lead time; in some circumstances an extended lead time may apply and portability may be unavailable from some services.
• VPN setup requires additional hardware and will incur and establishment fee.
