Setup Your Email Account in Outlook
The following screenshots will step you through the setup of your email account. The screenshots are for Outlook 2003, however Outlook XP, Vista Mail and Outlook 2007 are very similar and the principle is the same for Outlook 2000 and Outlook 98. Open Outlook, select "Tools" then "E-mail Accounts".

Select "Add a new e-mail account" then click "Next".
Select "POP3" then click "Next".
Enter "User Information", "Server Information" and "Logon Information".

"Incoming POP3" is: "mail.mycompany.com.au" (where "www.mycompany.com.au" is your domain)
"Outgoing SMTP" is "mail.bigpond.com.au" (where Bigpond is your ISP)
"User Name" is your FULL email address
Select "Test Account Settings", you should get a green tick next to each task.
