Virtual Office is a "Cloud Telephony" solution that puts you in immediate control of your telephony services while dramatically reducing cost and complexity.
Virtual Office allows high-end telephone system (PBX) functionality without the high-end telephone system. Features such as IVR (Auto-Attendant), call forwarding, voicemail-2-email, call recording, call screening, time of day routing, fax-2-email, email-2-fax, fax broadcast, reminder call, payment gateway etc. Faxes and other communications can be sent to and from your email client such as Outlook, Eudora, Thunderbird etc. Voicemail can be delivered to your inbox as a WAV and listened to via your PC speakers. You can also send SMS messages to “Distribution Lists” or individuals via your email client.
Manage your time of day call routing, audio greetings, send a fax broadcast, listen to voicemail, edit your IVR call flow, access real time reports etc, in a simple easy to use browser console.

Cybertel’s IVR answers your incoming calls, plays a greeting, "Thank you for calling ABC Company..." followed by press-key options, allowing the caller to route the call to departments within your organisation, "For sales press 1..." etc. Calls can be routed to internal and external numbers including mobiles. Routing can vary based on time of day, day of week schedules etc.
